totally awesome stay near everything!

i was so thrilled with how close the hotel was to the train station, it's like, a five-minute walk. the staff was super helpful, they gave me great tips about the area and helped me with every little thing. the location was awesome, it was so easy to get around to all the cool spots. i cannot wait to return to this hotel!
the tv was a little old and i couldn't stream netflix. it's not a huge deal, but it would be cool to have.

the staff were the absolute friendliest people i have ever met. the hotel manager was super kind he helped arrange a room with twin beds as i forgot to request it. he even helped with our luggage i really appreciate that especially since i was traveling with my mom
i found a faint musty smell in the room and noticed some mold in the bathroom so i wish the cleaning was more deeply done

the location is great it's very close to the metro station so getting around was super easy and convenient. the area felt safe and secure even when i walked around late at night i felt totally comfortable. the hotel's proximity to public transport is a huge plus

the room was larger than most i have seen in accommodations here (and i've seen a few!). the staff proved helpful and kind, always ready with assistance. i appreciated the availability of all-day drinks and snacks, a very nice touch. its closeness to gare du nord made traveling very easy.
The sustainability efforts seemed a bit inconsistent. For example, paper cups in the bathroom were individually wrapped in plastic. this felt counterintuitive to their stated environmental goals. I would have preferred more consistent eco-friendly practices throughout the hotel.

The air conditioning system did not seem to function at all. despite outside temperatures being moderate, my room remained uncomfortably warm. also, the breakfast had limited appealing options. The warm dishes were uninspired, and the croissants tasted stale

I found the staff very friendly and helpful . The hotel also provided complimentary coffee and water in the lobby, which I greatly appreciated. The bathroom was larger than I anticipated and had ample space.
